CyberGlove II
CyberGlove Systems (CGS) is hosting a worldwide contest for the best idea of a new industry application for our CyberGlove products. Current industry applications include: motion capture, industrial engineering, and academic research; however, there remain several niche applications unexplored within these broad categories as well as new applications in medical, telerobotics, and military applications not yet considered. The winner of this contest will receive their choice of one of our products for free use for 12 months to develop their winning industry-application concept!

APPLICATION: Contestants should submit a short essay, no longer than two pages (arial 12-point font, single space) describing their idea for the best idea of a new industry application for our CyberGlove products. Successful contestants will include the following paragraphs in their application:
- Abstract - Discuss industry application concept, industry background, size of revenue opportunity, and identify which CGS product.
- Industry Application - Provide specific example/description of hypothetical application, explain which features of the CGS product are most utilized/valued by the customer and how each of these product features benefits the customer.
- Potential Customers - Provide description of potential customers including any market information, total number of potential customers, annual spending per customer related to your new industry application, customer purchasing decision process, geographic customer concentrations, etc.
- Advertising Plan - Explain how to reach the potential customers through various marketing/advertising means such as advertising in magazines, trade publications, tradeshows, industry association websites, other online advertising, etc.
- Product Pricing -Discuss how you would set the retail price of the CGS product, and how many units you estimate would be sold each year.
- Diagrams / Pictures -Fee free to include any pictures, drawings, sketches, etc.
REQUIREMENTS: Contestants must submit their essay application on time prior to the deadline. The contest is open to all contestants worldwide. Essays must be submitted in the English language, and in either Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format. The winning contestant must provide sufficient financial credit as a security deposit for receipt and use of the CGS product, and the winning contestant is also responsible for any related product liability and business insurance. CGS will pay for shipping delivery and pickup of the product.
