Faisal Yazadi, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Yazadi is responsible for the overall direction of the company. Prior to becoming the CEO of CyberGlove Systems, he headed up the CyberGlove product line for Immersion Corporation. Since 2000, Mr. Yazadi was involved with building strategic partnerships, establishing and maintaining sales channels, setting up and supporting CyberGlove customers, and introducing and building market acceptance of new data glove technology in the Virtual Reality market. Mr. Yazadi began working with the CyberGlove line of products when he joined Immersion Corporation via its acquisition of Virtual Technologies Inc (VTi) in November 2000. Mr. Yazadi started with VTi in February of 2000.
Prior to moving to the Silicon Valley, Mr. Yazadi was the Regional Sales Manager at PCB, Piezotronics, Inc. in Buffalo, NY. He started at PCB Piezotronics as an Applications Engineer and quickly moved to building and managing its Sales and Distribution while consistently developing new business. Prior to being with PCB Piezotronics, Mr. Yazadi was a Sales Engineer at Qatar Telephone Company (Q-Tel Middle East) supporting and coordinating sales efforts of its commercial phone subscriber segment.
Mr. Yazadi graduated from SUNY-Buffalo with a degree in B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1993.

Mark Schelbert, Director
Mr. Schelbert is a Managing Partner of Shackleton Advisors. Mr. Schelbert manages all key aspects of the business including capital raising as well as sourcing and executing deals across a variety of industries. His experience includes nearly ten years of both operating and investment banking experience.
Prior to joining Shackleton Advisors, Mr. Schelbert was the Chief Executive Officer of a national out-of-home marketing company where he achieved annual sales growth of 240% and built a national media distribution network. Additionally, Mr. Schelbert was the Chief Executive Officer of an online medical equipment retailer and healthcare information portal. Prior to his operating experience, Mr. Schelbert was an Associate of Chanin Capital Partners. Mr. Schelbert assisted in 13 restructuring transactions in aggregate value of over $43 billion, and consummated three mergers and acquisitions transactions in aggregate value of over $2 billion. Mr. Schelbert specialized in the automotive, media, technology, and telecommunications industries. He combined his operating and finance expertise in capital raising, M&A, valuations, restructurings, and private equity. Past deals include: Adelphia Communications Corp., Consolidated Freight, Dictaphone, ITC^DeltaCom, Inc.; McLeodUSA, Inc.; Venture Holdings Company, LLC; Global Crossing, Ltd.; Nextel International, Inc.; RCN Corp.; Silicon Graphics, Inc.; Venture Holdings Company.
Mr. Schelbert graduated magna cum laude with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Prior to attending business school, Mr. Schelbert received his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in economics from the University California of Santa Barbara, where he also founded and organized the pilot program for the development of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Engineering Management (CEEM).

Nemer Velasquez, Director of Marketing and Business Development
Mr. Velasquez joined CyberGlove Systems in November 2009 and is responsible for all marketing efforts, as well as growing sales and expanding new markets. He brings 15+ years of experience in product marketing, product management and business development.
Prior to joining CyberGlove, Mr. Velasquez was a Product Marketing Manager for gaming publisher, Eidos Interactive. Before Eidos, he was with Immersion Corporation involved with the CyberGlove and MicroScribe product lines in product management, product support and sales support capacities, and was also in charge of game developer relations in an earlier role. Mr. Velasquez began his career in the videogame industry starting with Sega of America from 1992 to 1995, marketing games and launching platforms such as the Sega CD, 32X and Saturn systems. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Velasquez was with Sony Computer Entertainment America, involved with the marketing and original PlayStation launch. He continued to work on fantastic gaming products until deciding to move on with his career with Immersion.

Charles DeChenne, Senior Software Developer
Charles is a Software Engineer with a variety of skill sets. In 2003, he received his masters in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University where he researched hip surgery and the technique used to replace them. While he was conducting his research, he worked in a Virtual Reality lab where he became proficient in programming C++. Following his advanced degree, Charles was hired by a consulting firm called Integrated Engineering Solutions as a Software Engineer. Since then, he has become an expert in C++, C#, and Visual Basic. He has built applications that integrate with CAD, MS Office, and MathSoft software, and has experience working with a variety of client-server architectures and systems. He is also proficient in using any Visual Studio Suite, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, SourceSafe, MATLAB, MathCAD, ANSYS, SAS, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, Blender, and all the major CAD systems. He has created many applications that use OpenGL and DirectX, and has an extensive knowledge of display systems and stereoscopic viewing. He has worked with many different Virtual Reality hardware devices, ranging from motion tracking systems to force feedback devices, and has even designed and constructed a few devices for use with Virtual Reality.

John Harrison, Junior Software Developer
John received his B.S. in Computer Engineering in 2007. The ever increasing demand for immersive VR systems has allowed him to develop hardware and software systems that integrate various user interaction devices, including visualization software for 3D displays and motion capture integration with devices such as the Cyberglove. His software applications have ranged from simple CAD plug-ins to full-featured client-server virtual environments.

Nancy Finnie, Senior Technician
Nancy Finnie is responsible for the manufacturing of the company's dataglove and haptic-feedback products. Her responsibilities include manufacturing of the CyberGlove shells, calibration, repair, and raw materials planning.
